 Following is a listing of our policies. If you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed here, please feel free to email us.


 

DELIVERY TIME
Credit card orders of stock merchandise are processed within 2 days of receipt. Check orders take 2 weeks to ship. Please allow us at least 24 hours to process orders placed through our website.


 

SHIPPING CHARGES
The amount shown in the box labelled "Shipping" covers the shipping charges for that item. Items going to  PR, AK, VI, and HI or internationally may require an additional charge. We will email you with any additional shipping charges prior to shipping your order.

 

We do ship to APO and FPO. There is an option for Priority mail or Express mail for you to choose after you complete your shipping address. If you prefer to fax  your order you can do so at  (203) 762-0888 or you can call us from 9.00 AM EST to midnight EST at (203) 762-1777. We will be pleased to answer your questions or confirm you order by email, fax or overseas phone number.

 

Multiple items fitting in one box to the same address automatically qualify for a shipping discount. We will email you with adjusted shipping charges (if applicable). We will also notify you by email if a product is back-ordered.


 

RETURNS
We will accept an item back for return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date in new condition and in its original shipping and packaging material. Please send items back prepaid and insured to:

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Shipping charges (regular or rush) are not refundable.


 

DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packaging material and the outside carton. Call us immediately at 1-800-965-7467 in order to replace the item. We will notify the carrier to pick up the damaged item from your address within 5 - 7 business days.

A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge within 48 hours of your damage claim.


 

GIFT WRAPPING
For an additional $3.00 per item, we will wrap your gift to your friend with your message on a gift card. Please make a notation in the "Comments" field at the end of the order process. We will email you with the adjusted order total.


 

CORPORATE GIFT SERVICE
For larger orders to suit your corporate meetings or any events, please call us at 203-762-1777.
